WARNING
Dry cleaning solvent P-D-680 is toxic and flammable. Wear protective goggles and gloves and use only in
well ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothes and dont breath vapors. Do not 8se near
open Blame or excessive heat. The flash point is 100 F - 138 F (38 C - 59 C). If you become dizzy while
using cleaning solvent, get fresh air immediately and get medical aid. If contact with eyes is made, wash
your eyes with water and get medical aid immediately.
WARNING
Compressed air, used for cleaning purposes will not exceed 30 psi. Use only with effective chip guarding
and personnel protective equipment (goggles/shield/gloves, etc.).

Keep it clean: Dirt, grease, oil and debris only get in the way and may cover up a serious problem. Clean as you
work and as needed. Use dry cleaning solvent (P-D-680) to clean metal surfaces. Use soap and water when you
clean rubber or plastic material.

Bolts, nuts and screws: Check that they are not loose, missing, bent or broken. You cant try them all with a tool,
of course, but look for chipped paint, bare-metal or rush around bolt heads. Tighten any bolt, nut, or screw that
you find loose.
c.
Welds: Look for loose or chipped paint, rush or gaps where parts are welded together. If you find a bad weld,
report it to intermediate direct support.
