MAINTENANCE ALLOCATION CHART (MAC): (See Appendix A). Units may exceed their authorized scope and
function in the M.IAC when approved by the support maintenance commander.

MODIFICATION: Modifications will be accomplished by the end item manufacturer after TACOM approves the field
campaign or modification plan.
4.
EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS (EIR): Equipment Improvement Recommendations will be
submitted in accordance with DA PAM 738-750.

SHIPMENT AND STORAGE: Refer to the manufacturers manual and TB 740-97-2. Packaging, handling, and
storage will be IAW MIL-C-3530.
6.
DESTRUCTION TO PREVENT ENEMY USE. Refer to TM 750-244-3 for procedures covering destruction of
equipment to prevent enemy use.
